Since 1969, I've watched Austin expand in all
directions and into many new industries. During that time, I've help welcome
many of the new families that have made Austin
the eclectic, warm community it is today. This activity has given me a thorough
knowledge of Austin, and considerable experience with the details of real estate

In real estate there is no substitute for experience, area knowledge, and
attention to detail. As a licensed REALTOR® since 1980, I have served clients
through work in residential and commercial sales as well as representing several custom
home builders. I am currently a proud member of many professional

of REALTORS®, Austin Board of REALTORS®, Austin/Central Texas Realty Information
Service, REALTORS® National Marketing Institute, Women's Council of REALTORS®,
Residential Sales Council of the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute, and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®.
I am committed to developing a partnership with my clients that will help me
understand their needs and guide them through the maze of neighborhooods, builders,
contracts, and financing they will encounter. Clients seek me out for my talent

I have not only led clients to a new address, but to relationships within the
community through such things as ballet and soccer lessons, civic and cultural
organizations, and friendships that last a lifetime.

served on many committees such as the ABOR Legislative, Political Affairs,
Builder/REALTOR® Relations and Professional Standards com-mittees. I also serve on
the TXCABA Steering Committee and was a finalist for "REALTOR® of the Year in 1995.
I use the latest technology as one of many tools to enhance my overall ability
to paint a picture for the client, but focus on personal relationships as the
real essence of the business. Caring for clients and understanding the lifestyle
