Austin is a wonderful place to live. You will find friendly neighbors who have lived here all their life or arrived as quickly as they could.

This package will familiarize you with Austin living or at least pique your interests. The more I know about your interests and requirements the better prepared I will be for your arrival. If you want to know where to play, find special services (i.e. health, sports, education etc.), I will gladly research that for you.

On your first visit, we will tour Austin's bright spots, shopping, local attractions, and various points of interest. Part of the orientation will be visiting neighborhoods and homes to educate you about our real estate market - both resale homes and new construction. The Round Rock, Westlake, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, and Lakeway communities are all part of the growing Austin Metroplex. These areas are included.

If you prefer new construction then I can represent you in the builder community. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction process and have earned the respect of our local builders. Builders welcome REALTOR® participation.

During your free time, you may want to visit an OPEN HOUSE or BUILDER'S MODEL. A word of warning. If you intend to have buyer representation, please announce "I am working with a REALTOR®". Identify your agent to reserve the right to be represented. Otherwise, you may have to work with the Seller's agent on site. Early financial arrangements and pre-approval are time savers and can be a competitive edge in negotiating for a home. Please fill out the Buyer's or Seller's Information Form on the either the Buyer's or Seller's page and submit it to me as soon as possible.

Start-to-finish service means I am available to answer any questions you may have or supply community resource information, even after the close. I like to know my clients are happy with their home, Austin, and my service.
